Talk to a Pro sessions are mentorship conversations. Pro Mentors share personal experience, perspective, and general guidance based on what they have learned at the highest levels of the game. These sessions are designed to provide insight, not formal instruction or regulated coaching.
Sessions are not medical care, mental health counseling, nutrition planning, injury diagnosis, legal advice, financial advice, recruiting representation, or formal strength and conditioning programming. Users should consult qualified professionals before making decisions in those areas.
Athletes and parents are responsible for how they interpret and apply information discussed in sessions. Any decisions related to training, health, recruiting, or competition are made at the user's own discretion.
Talk to a Pro and its Pro Mentors do not guarantee performance improvement, roster placement, recruiting outcomes, scholarships, or professional opportunities. Results depend on many factors outside the platform's control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, users release Talk to a Pro, its owners, operators, affiliates, and Pro Mentors from liability arising out of participation in sessions or reliance on session content.
For athletes under 18, a parent or guardian must approve participation and agrees to this waiver on behalf of the minor athlete. The parent assumes responsibility for the athlete's use of the platform.
Pro Mentors should not provide medical advice, injury diagnosis, supplement recommendations, prescription-style nutrition plans, mental health counseling, legal advice, financial advice, or detailed strength/conditioning programming.
Users agree to keep booking, session communication, and follow-up within the Talk to a Pro platform. This helps protect athletes, parents, and Pro Mentors and ensures accountability.
All users agree to treat each other with respect. Harassment, inappropriate behavior, or attempts to bypass platform safeguards may result in removal from the platform.
By booking, approving, or participating in a session, users acknowledge that they understand and accept this Session Waiver.
